Manhunt in Germany: Aiwanger

Here are 3 statements that call into question Aiwanger's qualifications to be Minister of Economics. But what is he being hounded with? With a strange paper from his school days.

How much CO2 does a m² of forest absorb?

Google Answers: Rule of thumb: One hectare of forest "stores" about 6 tons of CO2 per year across all age classes.

A little further down: One hectare of forest stores about 13 tons of CO2 per year across all age classes.

I always used there 1 m² 1 year 1 kg CO2, which is in the middle of the two statements. 36 billion tons of CO2 emission would therefore need 36 million km² of new forest areas to absorb. From this comes the saying "We need 2 Earths" and the Earth Surplus Day.

The German CO2 emission of 2022 was 666 million tons. So in any case, more forest than the total area of Germany would be required.

Aiwanger shone there with the assertion that 25 km² more forest would be enough. That is over 4 orders of magnitude off. Let's assume we would set up photovoltaics in a very sunny desert to filter and split CO2 from the atmosphere. 60% coverage, 20% efficiency. That makes 120 kWh/m²/a and with 6 kWh electricity per kg CO2 filtering and splitting 20 kg CO2 filtering and splitting. 20 times better than a tree, but even that is still 3 orders of magnitude away from Aiwanger's statement.

But still, we don't have room for 36 million km² for more forest, but 1.8 million km² of sunny desert is easily usable.

  Heat with wood

Once upon a time there was the warm room and the rest of the house was cold in winter. Just a few days ago Wolfgang Löser described to me that this once upon a time was also a personal childhood experience for him. At that time there were much less people, but also for much less people the wood was not enough to heat the whole house.

With an average of 150 kWh heat demand per m² and year, one would have to burn about 40 kg of wood per m². If one hectare of forest has an annual yield of 3,000 kg, then you can heat 75 m² of average living space with it. 40 million 75 m² dwellings therefore require 40 million hectares of forest. That is 400,000 km², slightly more than the whole of Germany.

Aiwanger said we should heat more with wood.

  The hydrogen car

I must confess, I fell for the nonsense in 2004, reporting on the Opel Zafira Hydrogen. But back in 2005, I screamed "Salzburg bullwashers in modern times".

Since 2005, the price of lithium batteries has fallen from €1,500 to €100 per kWh. Energy density has increased from 120 Wh to 250 Wh per kg in production vehicles. CATL has announced 500 Wh per kg for soon. Carbon fibers are significantly more resistant to tensile forces than to pressure. Hydrogen is stored in the high-pressure tanks at 700 bar. The submarine on the Titanic imploded at 350 bar water pressure from the outside. If hydrogen is stored in liquid form at a hydrogen filling station, it has to be cooled to -260°, which is enormously energy-intensive. Then it has to be pressed into the high-pressure tank at 700 bar, which is enormously energy-intensive.

Aiwanger even promotes a hydrogen truck, the development of which has already been discontinued because it has no chance against the electric truck with batteries.

Qualification as Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs

Here are 3 statements that call into question Aiwanger's qualifications to be Minister of Economics. But what is he being hounded with? With a strange piece of paper from his school days, which a hate-eaten teacher peddled everywhere. This is the level of today's politics: disgusting manhunt.

  Peak Oil

The oil price shock of 2008 gave us our first glimpse of what peak oil meant. U.S. fracking gave us about a decade more until peak oil. It's an exciting race between the amount of oil that can be produced and the shift to electric mobility. China has done a great job there.
  • Conversion from gasoline scooters to electric scooters
  • High-speed rail instead of flying
  • Conversion to electric cars
This is what is expected from politics: Recognize future problems and react to them in good time. And to raise the standard of living while taking the right approach. 40,000 km of high-speed rail in China cost about 2 years of U.S. military budget.

Germany could have achieved great things. Everything was there, but politics, business and the media were singing in chorus: "Do you want total ignorance?

Optimism in a time of collapse

What future prospects can be named for today's children? The majority of society has only extremely negative views of the future. This applies to housing alone, a central need of every human being. The search query "housing Germany" brings only disaster reports in the search results. The problems are not to be mastered with conventional methods any longer. Completely new ways of thinking are needed.

If you support these completely new ways of thinking by buying shares, then in a few years you will not only be able to say "I contributed to this", but you will probably also be able to look forward to a considerable increase in the value of these shares.

Become a shareholder of GEMINI next Generation AG

A club member donates his membership fee to the club and is happy if the club is successful. If not, I have supported a good cause.

A shareholder acquires shares in a stock corporation. If the AG is successful, his shares are worth much more. In the case of GEMINI next Generation AG, his reward for supporting a good cause.

As a shareholder, employee or homebuyer, you will also become part of the countermovement against many negative developments in our society that are detrimental to our survival.

A new shareholder said "I with my very modest investment", but 4,000 times 1,000 € is also 4 million for all investments until the opening of the settlement in Unken as a starting point for worldwide expansion.

Only the Annual General Meeting can resolve the major capital increases, but here is what the Executive Board and Supervisory Board can resolve. The new capital stock is used to perfect the documents for the larger planned capital increases.

Here are the details.
