This is then a local consumption that does not have to be fed into the medium-voltage grid via the transformer. Therefore, 11 kW more feed-in power can now be distributed.

  Black start capability

How to start the grid after a power failure? In the future, all the plants with rechargeable batteries should definitely be taken into account. The first thing to do is to develop protocols for this. Let's take the planned settlement in Unken as an example: the 5 houses will have a total of 85 kW grid connection and will be connected to a 240 kWA transformer. In the event of a power outage, it would be possible to supply this service area. At least, if large consumers are switched off. There would have to be the technical requirements for this:
  • Disconnection from medium voltage network, start local network
  • Load shedding from large consumers
  • Later reunification and synchronization with the medium voltage grid
Why has this not yet been developed? Because the energy transition has been sabotaged by the claim that electricity storage will not be needed for another 1 to 2 decades.

  Reason for optimism as the most important remedy
