Cost optimization of the energy transition through synergy

But where are the headlines about cost optimization in the energy transition through synergy effects? I've never noticed any, only the battle cry of climate protectionists "More money for climate protection".
For the 60 photovoltaic modules of a GEMINI next generation house standard, the snow load of 146 m² must be taken into account. In Unken this would be 4.2 kN/m², therefore 613 kN snow load. If this were an open-air system, the foundation for the photovoltaic system would have to be suitable for exactly the same snow load. In the case of the house, only 240 kN are added for the weight of the house and the entire contents.
The apartment block has been glorified for decades. The apartment block starts with a lot of excavated earth for the basement. Even a conventional, basement-less detached house starts with 80 cm of excavated earth. This is then filled with 60 cm of gravel and 20 cm of concrete with reinforcement. The reinforcement alone requires more iron than the foundation screws of a GEMINI house.
Sound insulation between the individual apartments in a block of apartments is very important. At such a short distance, this is only possible with a lot of material. A common ceiling structure is a prestressed concrete ceiling, impact sound insulation and screed poured on top. That can quickly add up to over 400 kg/m².
All this heavy building material has to be transported.
Depending on the battery equipment of a settlement with a lot of photovoltaics, 1/3 or even only 1/5 of the transformer power is sufficient to transport the electricity in the medium-voltage grid. 1/3 is sufficient for 3 kWh of batteries per kW of photovoltaics. If the iron-air batteries deliver what they promise, they could be supplemented with 20 kWh of iron-air per kW of photovoltaics, which would then only be 1/5 of the transformer output.
How does a farmer become a millionaire? Yay, 5,000 m² have been converted from grassland to building land, at €400/m² €2 million beckons for the sale. No, there should be no more of this in the future.
The new model is a lease model. Perhaps €1 per square meter per year. What farmer gets €10,000 per year in yield per hectare? The state as tenant to the landowner. The state leases this land for 60 kWh of electricity per square meter per year. Further south than Austria, the lease price would of course be more electricity, but it can be produced with the same effort.

What the state does with the lease price is then a political decision. This ranges from selling as expensively as possible to cheap electricity for industry.
Supply and demand determine the price. We see how enormously expensive housing becomes when the supply of building land is artificially reduced. We want to achieve the opposite! You can't spend money twice. Once it has been spent on hugely inflated housing costs, it cannot be invested in an energy transition. Land for energy means: "You want your own home, you want to build? Great, here would be 500 m² of land for only 30,000 kWh rent per year".
Here the base price does not prevent renewable energy because the credit limit is already exhausted, on the contrary, it forces a lot of renewable energy in order to be able to pay the lease price.

What prospects for the future can children of today be given? The majority of society only mentions extremely negative images of the future. Even when it comes to housing, a central need for everyone. The search query "housing in Germany" only brings up disaster reports in the search results. The problems can no longer be solved using conventional methods. Completely new approaches are needed.
